Yes, and it is the most common request we get. A fresher resume is built from academic projects, internships, part-time work, college responsibilities, certifications and coursework. Most freshers have more usable material than they think. The difficulty is knowing what counts and how to describe it, which is exactly what we do.

Yes. For candidates with several years of experience the work is usually the opposite of a fresher resume: less about finding material and more about deciding what to leave out so the strongest two or three achievements are not buried under a decade of equally weighted history.

Please do. An existing resume is the fastest starting point, and it tells us how you currently describe your own work. We will still ask follow-up questions, because the details that make a resume strong are usually the ones people leave out.

We build resumes to be ATS-conscious: standard section headings, consistent date formats, plain machine-readable text, no tables or text boxes that break parsing, and relevant terminology from your target role. We cannot promise that any specific applicant tracking system will score a document a particular way, and anyone who promises that is guessing. What we control is structure and language, and we take both seriously.

Yes. Share the job description with your order and we will map your experience against what that role actually asks for, in the wording the posting uses. This is included in the ATS-Optimised package and above. It is the single most useful thing you can give us.

Yes, as part of the Resume and Cover Letter package or the Complete Career Profile. The letter is written to add context rather than repeat the resume, and we include notes on adapting it for other applications so you are not paying for one letter you can only use once.

Yes. We rewrite the headline, About, Experience and Skills sections and supply them in a document you paste in yourself, so you keep full control of your account. We never ask for your LinkedIn password. It is available bundled with a resume, or as a follow-up add-on if you have already ordered a resume from us.

Everything in the Complete Career Profile, plus a preparation pack written from the job description you are actually interviewing against. That means the questions likely to come up for that role, HR and behavioural questions with suggested answers, technical questions mapped to the skills on your resume, and STAR-format examples built from your own projects rather than invented ones. Name the employer and we add company-specific notes. It prepares you for the conversation. It cannot predict the exact questions, and we will not claim it does.

Yes, both. The Career Portfolio package includes a personal site covering your projects, skills, certifications and contact details, with your resume downloadable from the page. We register the domain in your name so it stays yours, and we bill it separately at actual cost, usually 800 to 1,200 rupees a year. You get handover notes so you can update the content yourself afterwards.

Yes. Conventions differ by country and the differences matter. Many European employers expect no photograph, no date of birth and no marital status, and some applicant systems reject files that contain them. Tell us which country you are applying to and we will format accordingly. Our international sample shows exactly what changes.

We use AI as a working tool, for things like extracting details from an existing resume, pulling keywords out of a job description and drafting alternative phrasings. Every resume is then written, edited and checked by a person before it reaches you. Nothing is generated and sent unread, and we do not present AI as a substitute for judgement about your career.

Everything is delivered inside two working days, counted from when we have your completed information. The ladder runs same day on the top tiers, one working day in the middle and two working days on Starter and Professional. Each package states its own window on the pricing page. If you have a tighter deadline than that, tell us before you order and we will confirm honestly whether we can meet it.

One round with the Starter Resume, two rounds with most packages, and three with the Complete Career Profile, Interview Preparation and Career Portfolio. A revision round means you send your consolidated feedback and we return an updated document. The exact number for each package is listed on the pricing page.

Tell us plainly what is wrong. If the draft has missed the brief we agreed at the start, we rebuild it rather than counting that as one of your revision rounds. That is our First-Draft Assurance and it exists because you are buying an outcome, not a file.

Yes. Every resume is delivered as a PDF for sending and an editable document you keep, so you can make small updates yourself later without coming back to us for a date change.

We confirm your order and review what you have sent. If anything important is missing we come back with specific questions, usually about outcomes and numbers. You then receive the first draft within the delivery window for your package, followed by your revision rounds and the final files.

We collect only what is needed to write your documents, and we do not ask for identity numbers, bank details or account passwords. Your resume, your details and your job search are treated as confidential. We never publish a customer resume as a sample without written permission, which is why every sample on this site uses a fictional candidate.
