This policy covers the information VisionMate collects through this website and while writing your documents. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

What we collect
We collect only what is needed to write your career documents and to reach you about them.
- Contact details: your name, email address and, if you give it, a phone number and city.
- Career information: your education, work history, projects, skills, certifications, achievements and target role.
- Documents you send us: an existing resume, a job description, or a portfolio link.
- Enquiry messages sent through the contact form.
What we never ask for
We do not ask for identity numbers such as Aadhaar or PAN, bank or card details through this website, passwords to any of your accounts, or your date of birth and marital status. If anyone contacts you claiming to be VisionMate and asks for these, it is not us.
Why we collect it
Your career information is used to write your resume and any accompanying documents. Your contact details are used to send drafts, ask follow-up questions and confirm your order. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles and we do not sell it.
Who can see it
Your information is seen by the person writing your documents. We do not share your resume, your job search or the fact that you are looking with your current employer, your college, or anyone else.
We use AI tools in our writing workflow, which means content you send may be processed by a third-party AI service to assist with drafting and keyword extraction. We choose providers that do not train models on submitted content, and we never send identity numbers or contact details into those tools.
Using your resume as a sample
We never publish a customer's resume, name or details as a sample without their written permission. Every sample currently on this website uses a fictional candidate created for demonstration, with a reserved example.com email address and a masked phone number.
How long we keep it
We keep your order information and final documents for twelve months after delivery, so you can ask for your files again or come back for an update without starting over. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete everything sooner at any time.
Your choices
Write to hello@visionmate.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within seven working days and confirm when it is done.
This website
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so visiting a page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
The order form saves your answers in your own browser's local storage so you can return and finish later. That data stays on your device and is only sent to us when you submit the form. Clearing your browser data removes it.
