What we provide

VisionMate writes and designs career documents: resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile copy and career profile summaries. What is included in your order is set out on the pricing page for the package you choose, along with its delivery window, revision count and file formats.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee interviews, shortlisting, a passing score in any applicant tracking system, a job offer or employment of any kind. Hiring decisions are made by employers on grounds we do not control.

We describe our work as ATS-conscious, which means we structure and word documents so that parsing systems read them reliably. It does not mean any particular system will rate a document in any particular way.

What we need from you

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. We write from what you provide, and we will not invent experience, qualifications, employment dates or achievements that you did not have.

If we find that information supplied to us is false, we may stop work on the order. Submitting deliberately false information to an employer is your risk, not ours, and we will not help create it.

Delivery windows begin when your information is complete. If we are waiting on answers from you, the clock is paused.

Revisions

Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. A round means you send consolidated feedback and we return an updated document. Revision requests should reach us within fourteen days of the draft being delivered.

A revision is a refinement of the brief we agreed. A request to rewrite the document for a different target role or a different career direction is new work, and we will quote for it before starting.

Ownership

Once your order is paid, the final documents are yours. You may use, edit and share them freely.

We keep the right to describe our working methods, and to publish anonymised or fictionalised examples of technique. We will not publish your actual document, name or details as a sample without asking you first and getting your agreement in writing.

Payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian rupees and are payable in full before writing begins, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing. Prices may change, but the price quoted at the time you place your order is the price you pay for that order.

Conduct

We reserve the right to decline or stop an order where a request is abusive, discriminatory, involves misrepresentation, or falls outside what we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
