• Built four REST endpoints for the order service in Java and Spring Boot, covering search, filtering and pagination across a catalogue of 12,000 items.
• Cut the catalogue query from 840ms to 210ms by adding a composite index and removing an N+1 lookup found during profiling.
• Wrote 46 unit and integration tests with JUnit and Testcontainers, taking module coverage from 31 to 78 percent.
• Worked in two-week sprints with a team of six and presented completed work at sprint review.

• Redesigned the driver pickup confirmation flow after running 12 usability sessions, taking mid-flow abandonment from 18 to 7 percent across two release cycles.
• Built and maintains a 40-component Figma library adopted by three squads, which moved new-screen handoff from days to hours.
• Runs a monthly research cadence of six to eight sessions and writes the findings notes the product team plans from.
• Wrote the accessibility checklist now used in design review, covering contrast, focus order and touch target size.

• Designed interfaces for fourteen client websites and two mobile applications across retail and education.
• Introduced a shared type and spacing scale that ended per-project style drift across the studio.

• Wrote runbooks for the 11 most frequent tickets, which two newer team members now resolve without escalation.
• Maintained 60 Windows endpoints and 4 Ubuntu servers, including patching, access reviews and first-line support.

• Owns the weekly demand forecast in Python that sets replenishment for 34 stores, which cut stock-outs on the 200 highest-volume items by roughly a third in its first two quarters.
• Rewrote the daily sales pipeline in SQL, taking the morning report refresh from 50 minutes to 9.
• Built six Power BI dashboards used by regional managers, replacing a spreadsheet circulated by email.
• Documented the data dictionary for 40 tables, which is now the reference used when onboarding analysts.

• Produced monthly category performance reports for three retail clients and automated the two most repetitive steps in Python.

• Accountable for delivery across two enterprise accounts, 24 engineers in three squads, against an annual contract value of roughly 6 crore rupees.
• Raised on-time release delivery from 71 to 94 percent over four quarters by moving estimation to story level and introducing a weekly cross-squad dependency review.
• Renegotiated a fixed-scope engagement into a capacity model after a scope dispute, and the account renewed at the end of that term.
• Mentored three team leads, two of whom have since moved into project manager roles.
